Seattle’s Finest provides unarmed uniformed security services to clients that project a professional security presence. Duties may include operating a vehicle to perform patrol, do specific site inspection, and/or incident response services. Performing checks for intrusions, unauthorized persons, and security violations. This may include inspection of parks, buildings, parking lots, neighborhoods, garages and monitoring of security devices. Observing and reporting incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management or the police.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 18 years of age.

• Some security experience preferred. 

• Strong communication skills to include seeing, listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.

• Physical ability to sustain periods of sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

• Must be able to pass a background check and meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.

• Must have a valid driver’s license for Washington State and driving record must meet company and/or insurance standards.
