Owens Beach
Owens Beach is located in Tacoma's Point Defiance Park, and is home to miles of beachy shores scattered with beautiful driftwood. Many community members love to enjoy a day trip out to this beach park because it offers a gorgeous view, picnic pavilions, concession stand, miles of hiking trails through the trees that line the beach, and more. With it's recent renovation done, anew play structure, updated restroom facilities, and ample parking are just a FEW new benefits of the park. Watch the ferries sail by, enjoy some delicious grub with friends and family, and scan the rocky beach for some cool rocks!
